What age groups do you accept?
We accept students ages 5 and up, with classes designed for children, teens, and adults. We have students from as young as 5 to well into their 80s.
Do I need prior martial arts experience?
No experience needed. We welcome beginners of all ages. Our structured curriculum takes you from beginner to black belt through steady, progressive training.
What should I wear to class?
For trial classes, comfortable athletic clothing works fine. For regular classes, we recommend purchasing a traditional Taekwondo dobok uniform. We sell uniforms in our retail area.
Is there a cost to try classes?
No! We offer free trial classes so you can experience our training before making a commitment.
